Can’t log in?
To improve security on the Enrich Facilitator portal, you can no longer log in to your Facilitator account if your password was your last name (effective December 12, 2017). To access your account, you will need to create a new password.
- Visit the Facilitator login page.
- Select “Need Id/Password”.
- Enter your email address that is attached to your Facilitator Account and your account ID number.
- Click “Submit” and follow the prompts that will be emailed to you.
If your email is not up to date or if you forgot your facilitator number, email email@example.com and we will update your account.
Note: We do not have access to your password.
